Shipping & Delivery

• Orders always begin processing the same day they are placed, excluding Sundays and holidays, and usually ship within two business days pending availability and credit card verification. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.
• Domestic orders ship through USPS using First Class, Priority, and Express Mail services.
• Shipping rates are quoted at checkout and are based on weight and location as determined through USPS.com. 
• Delivery for First Class parcels typically takes 3-6 working days depending on location.

• International
• International orders ship through USPS using First Class, Priority, and Express Mail services.
• Shipping rates are quoted at checkout and are based on weight and location as determined through USPS.com. 
• Delivery for First Class International parcels typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on location. Priority and Express options are available for faster delivery.

• Return Policy
  We want you to love and be fully satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely happy, Blue Mystique offers refunds via your original payment method on items returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Simply ship unwanted merchandise to our returns department (address on invoice) and we will credit your account. Items returned must have all store and designer tags attached, be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable. By purchasing on our site, you agree to and accept this return policy.
